Real Parts. Real Maker. No Middleman.
Not default settings. Not guesswork. The right material — PLA through ASA to PCTG-CF — tuned and tested so your part looks professional and holds up to real use.
Made by a professional with 10+ years in additive manufacturing. Every part checked before it ships.
How Every Part Gets Made
Design
Every part starts from your need, not a template.
CAD Geometry
Modeled to spec, not eyeballed.
Slice
Sliced with settings tuned to the material, not the printer's defaults.
Tuned Parameters
Pressure advance, flow rate, and cooling dialed in per filament.
Monitored, not walked away from.
Finished Part
Checked before it ships. Every time.
Most 3D printing sites promise “industrial-grade” without saying what that means. Here's what you're actually getting:
Tolerance: Accurate to under 0.2mm on parts under 100mm — geometry dependent. Tight tolerances go where they matter: on your critical features, not spread thin as a flat global average.
Turnaround: Decorative parts in ready-to-go materials and colors, with local delivery, can ship in as few as 3–5 business days. Engineered parts with functional tolerancing typically run 3–5 weeks.
When FDM isn't the answer: If your load case needs tighter tolerances or higher heat resistance than PCTG can deliver, you'll hear that before you order, not after it fails.
From everyday filaments through engineered materials — ASA-CF, PC-ABS, PPS-CF, and a wide range of Nylon options. PCTG is DuffAM's go-to for parts that need to survive real use — impact-resistant, UV-stable, and forgiving of the humidity swings that turn other filaments brittle.
Field Notes
Diagnosing print failures other guides get wrong — pressure advance, heat creep, wet filament, and more.
